See the specific categories below for more information. Here are our rudimentary guidelines. Please send work during our reading periods (Apr. 1-June 30 and Nov. 1-Jan. 31).

All translations must accompany proof of rights from the original source language publisher. Simultaneous submissions *are* allowed for fiction and poetry (but not on artwork), but please follow standard etiquette and withdraw your submission immediately if it has been accepted elsewhere.

If we haven't responded within six months, email us.

Art guidelines

We especially like and desire artwork that depicts absurdity or other worldly, whimsical points-of-view. We also love cartoons and graffiti.

Please send no more than five images during our reading period. Anything more will be deleted unread. We do not consider work already swimming around the internet, so please do not send us a submission that merely links to your webpage.

We do not accept simultaneous submissions for artwork.
